In case the company for any reasons whatsoever doesn't deem you fitting for the subscriptions facility it may or may not return your payment to subscription based on the organisation policy at that time as prevailing and under no circumstances can the organisation be liable or questionable at any such instance.

In case that your subscription is terminated you can not under any circumstances good or bad take the reference of the brand WAVAR, in case it is found it will be termed as a breach of trust and will be followed up with legal consequences.
